WOOF-LUVABLES
Dogs love us unconditionally. There's no pretense or agendas. No complaints. They never fail to greet us at the door with passionate exuberance-even if we just left the room for five minutes to take out the trash-and they simply put us in a better mood

Dr. Neal B. Schultz & Cooper
WOOF Monikers: Cooper

Canine Informant: Dr. Neal B. Schultz MD and author of: It's Not Just About Wrinkles: A Park Avenue Dermatologist's Program for Beautiful Skin in Just Four Minutes a Day

What we learn from our dog?

Dr. Neal B. Shultz MD: Cooper treats me as though I'm better than sliced bread. Leaving her for a minute or five hours always results in the same exuberant, pulsating and loving greeting. Cooper has taught me that in life we should act as the person that our dog thinks we are.

Likely Quote from Cooper: If you are walking down the street with her you'll find that her expression towards barking dogs likens itself to saying: "What are you barking at?"

Two year old Cooper is not a barker. She's barked 4 times in her life. 3 out of 4 of those barks were to ask for assistance in rescuing her tennis ball that rolled under the couch.

Pooch's Hobby: Tennis ball retrieving. She lives for tennis balls. Often Cooper carries 2-3 in her mouth.

Cooper's Inspiration: Augie, a golden retriever owned by the Miller family in Dallas, Texas. On July 6, 2003, Augie successfully gathered and held five regulation-sized tennis balls in his mouth setting a Guinness World Record.

Friends in the Hood: Cooper was a present from Laura Morton, co-author of It's Not Just About Wrinkles: A Park Avenue Dermatologist's Program for Beautiful Skin in Just Four Minutes a Day. Her dogs Spencer, a chocolate Labrador and Katrina, a golden retriever (Cooper's older cousin), make a wonderful wag-fest threesome. However, Cooper is primarily a people person.

Working Dog: A few times a week Cooper comes to the office with me. She makes herself available for all staff meetings, acting as our Canine-Human Resource Director. Patients ask to see her and the results we've noticed are that they leave our office with glowing skin and a refreshed outlook about their day.

Top Talent: Giving her a quick hello and having her respond by giving you her paw.

Cooper's Arfstrology Sign : Leo - (August 15, 2005)

WOOF Patrol Note: For almost 20 years I have been a patient and fan of Dr. Schultz. As a natural redhead, I limit my sun exposure. But even with such precautions I've needed to have sun damage examined and sometimes removed. Dr. Schultz has the hands of an artist paying careful attention to texture, shape and contour. Beautiful skin is his most prized canvas. He provides my family and friends with his dermatological expertise, accompanied by his calm, reassuring style. His approach is one that's tailor-made for each of his patients. . Yvonne Conza
